Rephil Group of Companies

is a 100% Filipino-owned company that was established since 1981. The group has diversified into commercial wholesale of various petroleum products, retailing through gasoline stations, partnering with locators and venturing into the chemical industry.

Retail Business

The group’s retail arm currently operates over sixty (60) gasoline stations in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. It plans to double its retail outlets to one hundred (100) stations by end of 2019. Its goal is to fuel more and more people, in more places in the whole country, and is therefore in continuous search of strategic sites and partners for the nationwide expansion of its network.

Wholesale Business

Equipped with a complete artillery and a highly innovative approach to market penetration, RSI has diversified its business from the operation of retail service stations to the wholesale distribution of petroleum products, serving customers in the shipping, transport, manufacturing, cement, food processing, power generation, fishing industries, including other independent gasoline stations.

Chemical Business

Through one of its affiliates, RSI has ventured into the chemical business, distributing to industries for waste water treatment facilities, paper production, among others. Storage and production are carried out in Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Importation and Logistics

To support the group’s continuous growth in volume, and correspondingly in the number of customers served, Rephil Group operates and maintains several storage and handling facilities located in various strategic parts of the country. This endeavor is well supported by the availability of sufficient inventory of petroleum products in its various depots at all times to ensure that it is able to supply all of its customers' requirements ON TIME, ALL THE TIME. The group operates and maintains its own fleet of delivery trucks of varying capacities to ensure timely delivery of products.
